Happy Thanksgiving

Today we went to my Mom & Dad's, as usual, for Thanksgiving. It was a fun filled day full of baking and enjoying every ones company.

Lee and I bought this fondue fountain for my parents for Christmas. We gave it to them early so we could enjoy it with ranch for Thanksgiving.

I have so many things to be thankful for, it would take days to name them all. I am so glad I was able to spend this day with the people I love the most.

My Sacrifice

My family and I are doing a service project for the Road Home Homeless Shelter for Christmas. I went through my closet and found my favorite flannel from back in the day. I wore this coat every day and my mom HATED it. It was funny to see her face when I walked in with it on. I decided it was time to let it go, and give it to someone who would need it this year. My mom is very happy to see this thing go, and even though it's a sacrifice for me, I'm glad I can help someone in need.
