This is the cake I made for our Fourth of July get together. I wasn't sure how it would work out, but it turned out great.
My dad made dutch oven BBQ Chicken and potatoes. That is one of my favorite meals.

We played a couple games until it was time for the fireworks. We had the perfect seats right on the deck!
The jets flew right over my parents house. We had the cameras ready and when we heard them coming I jumped up as fast as I could and snapped the picture. It was pretty cool.
